Mi-Ok Lee started her career in 1979 with Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. as an Overseas Material Procurement Department Officer. She then received excellent experience at Kim & Chang law offices as a Law assistant and admin. staff for the attorneys. At Kim & Chang she was able to work with a full range of multinational companies doing business in Korea. She continued working at Citibank, N.A., Seoul Branch as a Group Assistant for the Marketing Department, and further pursued her career at Shin & Kim, one of the leading law offices in Korea, as a company secretary for four years. Later, her career was diversified by joining Youngpoong Medical Foundation where she launched operations of two medical clinics with laboratories as Business Manager until 1994.

Her seven (7) years of experience in the executive search business including the period of two and half years at the Top Business Consultants Services, Inc. (the Korean member of Ward Howell Int'l) since 1995 made her gain a great deal of experience and knowledge in handling senior management positions.

She successfully conducted searches and had completed a great number of projects for multinational companies by placing Korean executives and professionals in management, sales & marketing, finance & accounting, human resources, PR, corporate counsel and other specialties covering a variety of industries such as consumer goods, professional services, financial services, pharmaceutical and medical, chemicals, mechanical parts, venture/e-business, services, distribution, retailing, manufacturing, etc.

Ms. Lee graduated from Ewha Women's University in 1979 with B.A. degree in English and educational psychology. She is married with two children.
