Kwang Hyun Chung is a newcomer in the executive search business by entering KK Consulting as a Vice President/Consultant in July 2001.

He worked for Korea Exchange Bank from 1967 to 1998, and Daewoo Insurance Co., Warsaw, Poland from 1999 to May 2001 as a President.

In Korea Exchange Bank his major expertise was focused on International Financing Business and Capital Market activities including Arrangement of Syndicated Loan, FRN, Securities Custody, Fund Establishment, Assets Management, Project Financing, SOC, Financial Engineering and M&A Operations.

He served as CEO for KEB(Asia) Finance Ltd. Hong Kong from 1992 until 1996 and General Manager of Capital Market Division, Korea Exchange Bank from 1996 until 1998.

He also experienced securities business by serving as a Manager of Securities Operation Section, Korea Exchange Bank from 1978, until 1981.

Therefore Mr. Chung possesses a deep knowledge and experience concerning all financial matters and a wide network of contacts in financial field, especially in Banking, Insurance and Stocks.

He graduated Kyung-Ki High school in 1963 and Seoul National University (Business Administration) in 1967.
He is married with one daughter, a senior designer at Walt Disney, Los Angeles after graduation from Art School, Pasadena, U.S.A. and one son, who is working at GE Plastics, Seoul.
